this hotel is in shambles! the pool was a chaotic nightmare with kids throwing toys, and the hot tub was unusable. no one seemed bothered. i expected a complimentary upgrade but was treated like everyone else. also, the breakfast was a complete disaster, with no eggs ready! i almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

The room was beautifully designed and looked just like the photos! The indoor pool area was fantastic, and the continental breakfast had plenty of delicious options. I truly enjoyed the spacious and cozy feeling of the King Suite, which had great amenities like a mini fridge and microwave.

The parking situation could use improvement.

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. I appreciated the location, as it was close to shopping and dining options. The availability of a Tesla destination charger included in the parking fee was a fantastic bonus! The indoor pool and fitness center offered a refreshing experience after a busy day.

The room was incredibly beautiful and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Convenient free parking made accessing the hotel easy, and there were no issues finding a spot.

Just wrapped up a stay at Holiday Inn Express! Awesome pool and hot tub for relaxation after a long drive. The breakfast had solid choices, and the view of the lit-up bridge was a nice touch. Only downside was the water pressure, could use a boost!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I had a decent stay for one night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The check-in process could improve a bit, be sure to have a credit card handy. However, the indoor pool area was a great place to unwind after travel. I appreciated the proximity to local shopping.

the holiday inn express is a great choice for families! it's conveniently located right across from a mall with all the shopping you could need. the facilities are impressive too, especially the indoor pool and fitness center overlooking a lovely courtyard. i really enjoyed the friendly service from the staff. it made our stay feel warm and welcoming. our room was clean and comfortable, which made our trip even better.

The service, the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds was truly exceptional.
